So why there are so many of them? Because every diet has it's own purpose and will work for the certain type of human (metabolism etc). We will now list all the types of healthy diets we will review in the next posts.
!!!Quick tip for everyone - if you restrict the food intake too much, it won't work in long-term and may affect your health!!!
- Fixed-menu diet
It's very simple - "Here's your list, next!" You have a bunch of products and meals you can eat and it's easy because there's no place for thinking. But you have a very little choice of available foods so it will get boring and untasty to follow this diet. So if you plan a fixed-menu diet be sure you will have a big list of meals to choose from.
- Exchange-type diet
An exchange-type diet is a meal plan is a set of meals for the each food group. In every group you have a few options to choose from. They are similar if compared by the amount of calories. So you have more choices when having a meal that means more day-to-day variety.
- Prepackaged-meal diet
This means you'll have a prepackaged meal already made for you so you won't need to cook by yourself but just open a box when having breakfast, lunch etc. But be ready to spend quite a lot of money and be careful not to fall into a scam.
- Formula diet
Formula diets are the special weight-loss plans replacing one or more meals with a liquid formula. These formulas consist of protein, carbohydrates and fats. They usually come as a liquid or a powder.
- Flexible diets
There's always a possibility to combine different types of healthy diets to reach the better result. There's not too much combinations available and every combination is unique per a person so follow or guides on diets, choose what you like and try&test what best healthy eating diet is for you!
